We can provide a broad range of menus for your off site meal needs. Most of the foods that we prepare in our facility would do well delivered or picked up. We do discourage items that would not hold well, such as fried items, or vegetables that would have a short "life" in a cooked form. Our basic delivery or pick-up meals would be in disposable hotel pans, ready for your oven or chaffing dishes. There would be no other equipment or service, and is the least expensive off site meal option. A step up from this basic service would be a staff person delivering a full buffet, with our equipment, setting up the chaffing dishes, disposables etc. and then returning later to pick up the equipment. If the time frame for meal service is short, the staff person may stay with the event for the duration of food service, and then pick up the equipment at that time. Above these levels of service, we can provide customized  turn key events. These events can be customized with varied levels of staff and equipment to fit your needs, and the needs of your location. Typically, we have a minimum order of $350.00, unless this minimum has been waived by a special offer.
