We have created the following guidelines to help achieve this goal:
Facility Fee:
We offer the facility for extended hours, and include all of the following:
All equipment, tables, linens, centerpieces, dance floor, DJ table, European white with double gold band china, glass, and flatware, greenery with lighting, and punch fountain. We offer upgrades, such as chair covers, floral centerpieces, LED lighting for centerpieces and cake table, all at a reasonable price.
The Facility Fee is a $2,000.00 plus tax for 6 hours, and $200 plus tax for each additional hour. (Should your event exceed the planned number of hours, overtime fees will apply at $100 plus tax per ½ hour exceeded, plus $25.00 per employee per hour.)
Bar Service Fee:
The client must provide the beer, wine, and/or champagne. We will provide all items to serve these products, including our built-in bar (in house), bartenders, assorted bar snacks, (nuts, goldfish, Gardettos or pretzels, etc.) Service also includes assorted sodas for the duration of the event, in addition to ice, wine glasses, champagne flutes, goblets, beverage napkins. Our bartenders abide by all TABC regulations. No alcohol may be served after 12:00 midnight.
The Bar Service Fee is $3.50 plus tax per person.
Security Fee:
Our lease and insurance require the use of security officers whenever alcohol is being served, or at the discretion of management. We require that the officers be on site 15 minutes prior to the start of the event, and remain on site for at least 15 minutes after the event. This requirement states that there must be 1 officer per every 75 guests. We utilize the City of Denton Police Department and the charge is $50.00 per guard per hour, and will be included in your bid pricing summary, based on the hours needed.
Cakes by Candy Haven:
Cakes must be provided by Candy Haven and prices typically range from $3.50 to $4.50 plus tax per person. Cake service includes delivery, cutting, and serving the cake. We have a sample cake and pictures available for you to review.
Standard Booking Policy:
No booking, date or time is guaranteed, held, or reserved until a 50% deposit is received and accepted.
All deposits and payments guarantee an event date, and are non-refundable.
Final guest count is due 14 days before event.
Adjusted balance is to be received no later than 7 days before event.
Any changes to this policy must be agreed to, in writing, by both the client and Fremaux’s Metropolitan Catering.
Failure to make payment at agreed upon dates will result in loss of any payments/deposits received, and the date will be released for re-booking.
In addition to deposits/payments that pay for the event, a security deposit of $500.00 must be paid by the final payment due date. Damage and loss liability is not limited to $500.00, and the client agrees to be responsible for all loss/damage caused by themselves, their guests or their outside vendors- i.e. Disc jockeys, bands etc.
The unused portion of the security deposit is usually refunded within 7 days of event, but may take longer if loss or damages costs have not been calculated. Damage or losses will be documented including materials, labor, shipping/postage, time and/or mileage if required.
Please add 8.25% Sales Tax and 20% Service Fee to all charges, except security fees.
