E. C. "Chuck" Fremaux          The owner of Fremaux's Metropolitan Catering, is origionally from Rayne, Louisiana, and has been in Denton since 1989. He has been involved in the food industry since 1979 as Chef, Restaurant Owner, and Caterer. He understands every facet of the business and has the experience necessary to see that your catered event runs smoothly.

 

  • STAFF                         Unfortunatly, it has been common in the Catering industry to hire inexperienced students, or untrained seasonal staff. We have worked very hard to hire, train, and retain our staff, some of whom have been with for many years. Our profesional and well-dressed staff are held to a higher standard. Our clients regularly commend us on their ability, personable outgoing manor, and exemplary service.

 

  • FACILITY                   Our 7000 sq. ft. Banquet Facility features elegant China and Silverware, a fully equipped bar and service area, five restrooms, including a ladies dressing room complete with antique Art Deco Vanity. Additionally, our facility features a complete PA/Sound system, wireless microphone system, Podium, portable stage system, a broad range of tables including assorted sizes of round, half round, and rectangular tables. Our well-equipped kitchen is capable of producing and serving a wide variety of menus. And, our recent City of Denton Health Department inspection score was 100% ! 

 

  • EQUIPMENT               Poor planning and logistics are often the downfall of an event.  We provide a broad range of  experience, vehicles,  equipment and support items that make an event run smoothly.  We have the ability to serve our products at the right time, temperature, and presentation that you demand. Items such as properly sized vehicles, holding cabinets,   employee radio communications systems, carving stations, linens, skirting, and decorative and serving items such as fountains, centerpieces, fresh and silk flower arrangements, are only a small portion of our inventory.
